Cancellation policy

Tenant cancellation policy:

  • cancellation between the reservation date and 56 days (excluded) before the start of the holiday: 30% of the total holiday price
  • cancellation between the 56th day (included) and the 28th day (excluded) before the start of the stay: 60% of the total price of the stay
  • cancellation between the 28th day (included) and the 7th day (excluded) before the start of the stay: 90% of the total price of the stay
  • cancellation between the 7th day (included) before the start of the stay and after: 100% of the total price of the stay

Reservations only possible on weekends from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.

Minimum 2 nights for reservations (1 night only on request by phone or e-mail)
